Terms of Service

By commissioning TinnatuPaws you are agreeing to all of the terms and rules listed below. Failing to follow these rules will result in a permanent blacklist and in some cases a public beware.

The Basics

- You must be at least 18 years or older to commission me! I will not work with minors, even if you have your legal guardian's permission!

-I reserve the right to not accept your commission.

-I reserve the right to cancel your commission at any time. This includes but is not limited to instances where, you are found to be making or liking posts containing racist, anti-LGBTQ+, pro life, pro animal abuse material, exhibit rude behavior, fail to send payment in time, refuse to pay, or do not respond to messages regarding your commission.

-All payments must be made through a bank transfer.

-Some form of payment must be made within 48 hours of your commission being accepted.

-Once I have started the commission I will send regular WIP pictures to show you how it is coming along. You may repost WIP pictures as long as you tag me as the maker in all of the posts. I also usually post work in progress pics on my social media, but if you wish to keep the commission a secret you can tell me!

-A DTD is required for fullsuit commissions.

-I will not accept deadlines. I will give a rough time estimate at the start of your commission, but no completion date can be guaranteed.

Payment Plan Info

- I do accept payment plans. If your commission is accepted, a 40% NON REFUNDABLE down payment is required! You can continue paying it off in chunks of 10% or more until it’s fully paid. (Applications submitted by people able to pay in full upfront are favored over those only able to pay with a payment plan)

-My payment plan option is currently a maximum of 3 months. (Meaning you must pay it off within 3 months time, approximately 92 days)

-In the case where you are not able to pay within the allotted time you will be blacklisted from all future commission openings. (This is not always the case though, as I’m aware sometimes life can cause unpredictable financial situations, just please be honest of what is happening and we can discuss extending your plan)

Shipping Info

- Shipping cost will be calculated after the commission is completed.

-I am not responsible for lost or damaged items.

-You may choose the shipping service used as long as you are willing to pay.

-A tracking number will be provided after your commission is packaged.

-I do not plan on shipping suits outside of the US

Refund Info

Customer Initiated Cancellations

Artist Initiated Cancellations

  • If you paid in full, only 60% percent of your payment will be refunded to you

  • If you started a payment plan then choose to cancel vour commission, only payments made after the 40% down payment will be refunded to you in full. Please be aware this can take up to 30 days

  • If parts of your commission are completed before you cancel, they will be sold as premade items. These items will be sold as is, no modifications will be made to them to change the design. The design will only be changed on items that are still in progress

  • If you paid in full, 100% percent of your payment will be refunded to you

  • If you started a payment plan then choose to cancel your commission, any payments made will be 100% refunded. Please be aware this can take up to 30 days

  • If parts of your commission are completed before cancellation, you will have the option to receive them along with a partial refund (partial refund is price of commission minus the price of the completed items). If you opt out from partial refund, the items will be sold as premade items, and you will be refunded 100% of your payment. These items will be sold as is, no modifications will be made to them to change the design. The design will only be changed on items that are still in progress.

  • Ear gauges with magnets

  • Any furry species (fluffy dragon, K9, cat, deer, bear, rabbit etc)

  • 3D eyes, 2d eyes, squinted eyes

  • Mohawks, hair tufts, manes

  • Magnetic eye lids, eyeliner, eye lashes, eye brows

  • Led or fan installation

  • Horns, tusk, spikes, (small, can be magnetic)

  • Whiskers, freckles, scars, nipples, breast,

  • Realistic style heads

  • “Anime” hair

  • Moving jaw heads

  • Airbrushed markings (dry brushing IS available though)

  • Water fowls (pointy beaked birds can be made)

  • Primates

  • Ellephants

  • Scalley creatures

  • Creatures with super long muzzles (ant eater, borzoi, etc)

  • Kemono eye domes

  • More than 3 eyes on the face

  • Fullsuits with overly large bellies, abs, breast (small-medium are ok)

Things I WONT make

  • Toony foam moving jaw heads

  • Skulled creatures

  • Genitalia, anything NSFW

  • Tails over 6ft long

  • Protegens/Primogens

  • Copyrighted characters

  • Stolen fursonas (if you request someone else’s character you will be blacklisted)

  • Color gradients (not really possible without airbrushing)

  • Stilt suits

  • Quadsuits

  • I absolutely WILL NOT make you a fursuit head with braids or dreadlocks if you are not a person of color. If that’s a problem for you, go commission someone else!!!
